The check-in counter reminds me of an upscale hotel. Cars are almost all brand new and friendly staff.
Though you may see some bad reviews. I've rented from here a couple of dozen times. I've never had any issues, in fact they've always been more than accommodating to me.

First time we rented here and it was easy breezy. The staff was great. The quality of cars here are a notch above most rental places and the price was great! Would definitely recommend this place!
Unprofessional and no customer service. At arrival at the facility the car model (or equal) was not available. I was told that a Camry was the same as an Impala (or equal). The argument became about the interior been as nice.... A Malibu was offered (again not the same category as booked) and I was told take it or leave it. Well, unless I want to upgrade for $18. I am on a business trip and needed to get to a meeting - I chose the Malibu after they refused to upgrade at no additional cost - now I was waiting for the car for 45 minutes to be cleaned!!!!! You have to understand that Sixt is a German outfit - they do not look or work for customer loyalty the way US companies do. Any other outfit (Enterprise, National or Avis from personal experience) would have provided you with a car equal or upgrade at no cost - certainly without attitude. NO A SECOND TIME
