Went through Orbitz (I am happy with them), booked the rental like any other (verifying unlimited miles even though almost every company does this now). Upon calling to confirm it would be okay for an early pick up I was told (without asking) that there is a limit on miles. I was shocked and let her know that my paperwork says unlimited. She responded with, when you sign at the counter that paperwork will say limited. I told her that is just about the very definition of Bait & Switch, which her response was, "you haven't paid for it yet, so it's not."

ACE Rent A Car is TERRIBLE, and I didn't even make it to the counter!
I informed Orbitz of this while cancelling that reservation and going to Thrifty Car Rentals. Orbitz said not to worry, they will make sure to have it addressed and escalated; as my request was to have Orbitz update their information to say limited miles or to get rid of them altogether for their willingness to cause Orbitz potentially upset customers.
If you need a good rental and customer service come here at ACE rental car , by the way the only place open on sundays until 6pm , thanks for the service.
They do not have very good costumer service, and when we made reservations it stated unlimited miles, yet upon reading the fine print it states that for local residents renting, are only limited to 150 miles a day. very disappointing to see that. cancelled reservation.
I was never in and out of a rental place this quick. Great service! The return was easy... right to the airport because we were so early.
