Definitely would recommend
Plane landed at 11, I had to be somewhere by noon and was very worried about the car rental situation. The National desk was downstairs at PBI just past the luggage claim. There was no line at the desk, I paid within 5 minutes, and walked outside to a shuttle waiting immediately. It was about a 5 minute ride to the lot, where I hopped out and an associate said "Grab any of those Economy cars over there", so I picked a Chrysler and was on my way.
I've been renting with national for 10+ years. This National has the poorest selection of vehicles, especially for Executive members. The excutive selection is no better than regular Emerald Club Isle. I do not enjoy the status of years of membership when I rent from these folks. All my business collegues complain about the very very poor selections. I switch to other rental cars in this area now, when i'm at PBI airport for business.
I was also nervous about the return process, as my flight was at 7:00am, meaning I needed to drop off my car around 5:00am. I followed directions to the PBI airport off of I-95, and then followed the "Car Return" lanes. I found the drop off very quickly, pulled in, put my keys on the dash, and then walked right over to the shuttle. Went WAY quicker/smoother than I figured it would.
Shuttle service sucks. You call them but they don't answer. What part of 24/7 service is that?
