The guy in the shuttle from the airport had all of the personality of a dead fish. Next we waited in line at their desk for 5-8 minutes before an attendant showed up only to explain the car we had reserved wasn’t there. In fact all they had were minivans. He did give us the choice of three different minivans, a Toyota, a Kia, and a Chrysler. I chose the Toyota. He replied the Toyota has a lot of miles, so he would put me in the Chrysler. To which I responded “Why give me a choice when you are going to tell me the van you’re putting me into?” We ended up in the Toyota. So now I’m driving around in a minivan instead of the car I reserved weeks ago. Bottom line: this place is clown shoes, and I won’t be using them again.
Great experience so far. Easy fast service picked up the car and was on my way. Wonderful

It's the first rental car I've run it in 30 years they gave me a 2017 Ford Explorer fully loaded it was like driving a spaceship I had a great time I'm going all the way to Pennsylvania and back and it only cost me $280 for the week and $120 in gas I can't wait to my next trip to Pennsylvania I'm going back there and rent another vehicle no way I'll drive my vehicle that far anymore and the whole experience was so simple I ordered the car about a week in advance it was there waiting for me
These people are scammers. They will not have the car you reserved and will try to upsell you at ridiculous rates. The cars are old and filthy. Stay away.
I rented a nice Chevy Malibu for a weekend. It was wonderful. Very comfortable & spacious. Surprisingly thrifty on gas.
