My initial experience with Enterprise was very pleasant my second experience was not so pleasant at a different location when I went back to the initial location West Palm Beach Okeechobee branch manager Molly I received a wonderful experience with my rental Molly and her staff are very professional kind when dealing with customers not just myself but as I observed them working with others their customer service skills is exceptional Molly and her staff one in particular Lady by the name of Gigi was just exceptional in the delivery of the vehicle in which I chose they made my trip very pleasant but hats off totally to manager Molly she was very understanding and listening to my complaint about the other location assisting and accommodating the needs that I had for my trip thanks to Enterprise rental car for employing such a talent

It's not a common thing for me to rent vehicles in the city I live in but when I do this property closest to home. Over the past 7 years I've rented probably 6 times from this property so I wouldn't be considered what some might say a preferred customer. Of course I've rented from other conpanies like other consumers wherever is the better deal. What really got to me on my past visit the pettiness and negligence from the current staff. When I was given a vehicle the gentleman did in fact inspect it and did notice some minor dents which he brought to my attention as well for how much gas the car had in it's tank. Finally when i brought the car back a different inspected the car and noticed the same dents. Not saying a word he goes inside to alert a manager which to my knowledge didn't think much of it since I thought the previous male documented all dents. As they returned the response I overheard was no don't claim the damage it's too small. No one said anything to me about, so a brush it off since i pressed for time. As the guy checked the gasoline gauge he said they'll be a charge of $12-13.95 for the gas. I explained that i just put gas at the mobile which it maybe two blocks away, he said ok we'll just charge $3.95. Remind you the tank was given to me just a little bit pass half and that's how i returned it. Overall I wanted to share my experience about this particular location so for now on any car trouble I have I'll rent from the airport location (budget/avis) or grav a uber
Great team, good service, up to date rental vehicles. Team members went out of their way to assist with an issue ( through no fault of my own) in getting me the rental I needed. My only issue was the last vehicle that I used obviously had someone in it who smoke......not cool.at.all!
I was assisted by Ray. He seriously is the nicest person ever! Small office, clean and friendly staff. Compact rental, car was very clean and well kept.
