There staff and managers are very snobby. And very unprofessional. I would never rent a car form their agin it’s smeelled just like smoke when I got in it.

Terrible place to rent a car, they are just plain lazy. Go to Jog and Okeechobee for better service.
Didn't have the car I reserved and didn't call or email. I spent 15 bucks on an Uber to be given the run around. Told me I could drive 3 hours for a vehicle exchange if I wanted what I reserved. Garbage service
I did an online reservation for budget\avis rental agreement,, then went to this location to retrieve the vehicle only for the company to deny me because of credit score.... And when you doing online reservation it doesn't explain the restrictions to qualify for the renter... JUST A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME,MONEY,ENERGY!!!! I would rather do business with a representative firsthand then online crap.....
