This is the worst car rental ever I've used, I can't call it "Company". WPB office clerks are the worst customer service ever. The offering they have on their web site are like scams. Stay away fron these people if you need to rent a vehicle.

Me and my wife rented a car here and the service was awful. The lady at the desk attempted to scam us out of over 300 dollars claiming we had not already purchased insurance for the car which we had. She argued and put up a fight about it until she realized we would not budge on it. She also overcharged me the underage fee by about 100 dollars by adding 3 extra days onto the amount of time I was renting a vehicle. I missed it because I was taken aback by her trying to charge me an extra 250 for insurance and by the time I noticed I was notified there was nothing I can do. The one bright spot is one of their bus drivers that take you to the car rental location an back to the Airport. His name is Tom and
I had pre-paid my "fully comprehensive rate" but told by a moody un pleasant woman who told me I HAD TO buy a Sun pass ($50) - turns out it would have cost me $5, also key loss charge (lady at desk said I MUST GET THIS TOO) and gave me no option about returning car with a full tank and charged $42 for that (estimate $25 if you do it yourself). So I felt conned of $160. Car wing mirrors were so dirty you couldn't see out of them and no water for screen wash. I'd recommend going somewhere else.
Rented a convertible . The car was great and pick up easy... however I must confirm what everyone else here is saying. Optional and additional charges weren't really presented as optional... god forbid I hadn't opened my mouth and started asking questions other wise my car which was quoted online at $286 would have been $650 . I still wound up paying $550+ because of $40 per day young driver fee (Even though I imputed my age when booking vehicle , every other company I've worked with includes the fee in quote), apparently I couldn't rent the car I requested unless I bought BOTH kinds of insurance, then the sunpass which you should honestly just pay for because if you don't they will charge you $15 plus cost of every toll you go through... and in South Florida it's all done by camera so no option to pay cash. Lastly normally you are given option to bring back car full tank or pre pay , when I inquired I was told i didn't need to fill it up as it was "included in my rate"... a $43 additional charge does not mean included I mean come on.. Just feels like a bait and switch to me.
