The agent who helped us was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable and asked questions to see if she could help us further. I wish I could remember her name, as she was a perfect example of what Customer Service is about. More companies could learn from her example

I don't usually give an overall 5 star rating but did like the cleanliness of the car. Easy to pickup and drop off. But, I could have rented on the counter next to Budget, a car for about half the price. But, wasn't a Mustang. So, I don't have a complaint. Also, I would like to park my car or motorcycle close by. This would raise rates most likely. So, I liked driving the Mustang and didn't want to drop it off but had to.

If you go in with a deal that you already booked be careful. After my last upgrade i realize they do it to wipe away my deal to charge me 55$ a day for intermediate car when i walked in paying 19$. I also told the clerk that I may need to extend my rental he said that I could call and it would be arranged well i called and now im forced to physically go in i didnt expect this

Had the best overall rental experiences at Budget. Easy online reservation, great price, friendly staff and new vehicle. Still had that new car smell.

This was our first time using Budget. I was impressed with the drop off service, in less than 5 minutes we were on the shuttle to the airport. The employee handling returns was great. We loved the SUV we rented. The counter agent at the airport was not the nicest, but once we left the rental counter everything was great. We will definitely rent from Budget again instead of the company we usually rent from.
