Horrible customer service. Three employees on the floor and no one said hello or even asked if I needed help. Two girls where just sitting there and chatting while the other employee was behind the cash register. Shoes selections are terrible and looked used. Never going back.
Terrible!! I bought a pair of shoes and returned them within ONE week and they couldn't return them because they said they were "worn" bc there was gray on the back of the shoe. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Those shoes probably had that gray on them before I bought them bc they were literally NEVER WORN. They were in my trunk the whole week bc I bought them as a gift and they couldn't fit. I will never shop here again. Their shoes are over priced anyway. Some companies are just money hungry. Disgusting!
