This was supposed to be an outlet store but the prices were the same as the regular stores. The cashiers were friendly
This one however was very poorly laid out, took forever to find shorts, they were sprawled all over the store and tucked away behind sweaters and jeans. When asking for help received attitude and a point in the general direction of clothing. Have never had such little and rude help in a Torrid, if I wouldn't have traveled to Florida on vacation without shorts, I would have left pretty quickly.
Love their clothes, frequent Torrid regularly.
First timer at this store chain ever. In a world that's all about customer service Stephanie signed,sealed, and delivered it. Go see her she will make you feel so good about your purchase and help you with anything you need. Thanks for your help and I'll be back.
