Scam artists, will sell you an expensive pair of shoes claiming it comes with a warranty, and when that time comes, the owner Michael & his workers will not honor it. Instead, they group ridicule you in front of all customers within their store, and then threaten to call your company for no apparent reason while calmly trying to claim a warranty? I had to call corporate to investigate these guys and process my warranty directly at Red Wing. This store only sells Red Wings, says Red Wing with the official logo on the storefront, but is only an authorized retailer? I called Michael back to inform him that I have notified corporate and that they will be looking into his little scam, and he replied that he doesn't care because he owns the store and there is nothing Red Wing can do to him. He is an arrogant worthless redneck & scam artist. Be warned, buy directly from Red Wing outlet, as this business is trying to exploit a loophole, and they really don't care about customers. In fact, they go out of their way to disrespect them. Also when asking about a warranty, I don't need to hear that the guy behind the counter is 65 years old? I am trying to process a warranty, so stay on topic and remain professional you band of idiots. Hope you get shut down soon. Your warranty is false advertising to get people to buy from you, and then you go back on your word. These people care absolutely 0 about hardworking people that help make the world go round, and they most definitely do not deserve your business. Stay clear.
