Very good store. People so kind and always looking for customer needs.
I rarely go here because I can usually find everything I need cheaper elsewhere. I was looking for some electronic ear protection and found the pair I was looking for in Amazon ($40-Original Manufacturers were the ones listing them) for half the price then Dick’s was selling for($80). They had them in stock and I wanted to check them out in person. They were selling them at full original price and since I was there I asked an employee if they could price match. At first, the employee I spoke to said they prop couldn’t because it was such a huge difference in price but since it was the original manufacturer that had it listed he would ask a manager. Manager was hesitant at first but decided to give me the price match. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service they provided. Both employee and Manager went out of their way to help me out and I appreciate it and helped me save a ton of money.
There was a sale in the sporting goods Dept. and the clerk was very helpful and courtious . Good deals. Will shop again there
Great experience, so much to choose from. The sales associates are very patient and extremely professional and able to answer any questions asked. Looking forward to returning for my next pair of athletic shoes.
Their name is "Dick's" but I feel they don't deliver too much on that front. More balls than anything. I still felt like I had the biggest in the store, but some dudes were pretty packed. Still, if you're a fan of balls, this store is one I'd recommend for your needs. The employees, although not as promiscuous as the name of their establishment, are very polite - something that doesn't sit well with my submissive attitude all the time. But a solid 5 in my opinion.
