When writing up my order they maybe a mistake on wrote a 17 month no interest loan instead of a 36 month no interest loan. The mistake was not discovered until after delivery when my first payment was due. I spoke to the finance company who stated that the store would be able to adjust my loan. When I spoke to the store manager, they stated that they were unable to make changes because my order had already been delivered. I find it difficult to believe they are unable to make the changes. What if they had accidentally put in 1 month or 2 months...would they then expect someone to make those payments? Horrible store, horrible customer service. Stuck with a loan payment almost double what I was told. They also refused to give me the general manager's contact information.
One of the sales woman needs a few lessons in customer service. I was there with my wife and daughter and she said your kid might break her neck if she gets a bunk bed. I thought that was a little harsh. Maybe say she's not old enough and may get hurt.
Very nice furniture but very expensive. Helpful staff and great selection.
I purchased a bedroom set for my daughter had to return it 4 times because it kept coming with scratches and dents finally decided to return everything and just purchased a different set at another store absolutely ridiculous very poor quality
