Worst hotel experience ever. Danielle at the front desk is the worst. She treated me and my co worker terribly. Would not help me at all due to a “system” issue. Funny how I called Hilton and they took care of the so-called issue with no problem. And she still wouldn’t give me the keys until she called Hilton to verify. This place is a joke.
Also had all Illegal Immigrants working there... i asked 3 people the same question and not 1 spoke a lick of English! KEEP AWAY AT ALL COST
Room was very spacious and very clean. Great service for the duration of my stay.
I def would not want anyone to go through the hassle i had to... even hilton corperate were no help and I am a top tier Honors program member who stays at hilton properties approx 50-75 nights per year... and NEVER once a smoking charge.. this place simply did not care and it took my credit card company to bring it to an end. BUYER BEWARE! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

I couldn't be happier with the assistance given by these fine folks. I was having problems with my company providing payment information and the hotel was very understanding and accommodating while I sorted out the issues. Thank you to everyone at The Hilton Garden Inn, West Palm Beach.
Charged me for smoking fees. Never smoked once in my entire life. Refused to remove the charge. Had to dispute the charges w my credit card company to get the $250 they charged it back. Be EXTREMELY careful if staying here. Id almost go as far as to tell you have a manager come to your room and sign something saying you wont be charged a smoking fee before you checkout.
Staff are excellent when it comes to customer service. When I arrived, I was greeted by bar staff before I could even reach the check in counter! Danielle was so friendly and accommodating, even giving me an upgrade!! I look forward to my stay here again. BTW the breakfast is delicious!
Hilton over the phone, however, was very helpful and kind. Her name was Amanda. She was 5 stars. The only reason I stayed at this property was because of how kind she was.
