So far it's been dismal. No ride for 30 minutes from the airport. I took a cab. Paperwork at the front desk because already having everything in digital format isn't enough. Frustrated couple ahead of me stuck with paperwork hang ups as well. Find a motel 6 it'll be cheaper and easier. This place is everything that's wrong with America, overpriced, over lawyered and some employees with an unsubstantiated sense of superiority. Also, you won't feel like it was worth any of that.... Welcome to hotel hell. Oh by the way there's no discount for any of that you deal with.
This place is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Our party had three rooms and every room smelt like smoke. Every surface in the rooms were yellow and the grate above the sink in the bathroom was dripping with brown nicotine. The drain plug in the tub was out, mold in shower around the build-in soap dish and faucets. The carpet has cigarette burn holes in it. The beds were not at all comfortable, lumpy to say the least. I will never stay at this hotel again and my advice to anyone who reads this DON'T STAY THERE NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE. It is true, you get what you pay for. Disgusted in West Palm.
I waited over 2 years to FINALLY cash in some of my "Wyndham Points". Customer Service apprised me to use them on one of the "better Wyndham Hotels". Out of nowhere I had an emergency and had to pick one of the Wyndham Hotels immediately I decided on The Ramada Inn. I'm originally from Boca Raton and the Ramada down there has always been one of the best hotels. I chose the Ramada Inn in West Palm Beach to be near my medical emergency. What a horrible mistake. Booked this location so that I could save money on food and stay at a nice hotel. That is not what happened.
The next day I requested a wake up call for 5 AM received it went to breakfast to see that all they had was cereal, muffins, donuts and waffles and toast.
Pool was dirty with bugs and was super warm....
This hotel does not cater to other customer needs there was no fruit no protein no meat just straight starch and
Other than that the rooms were nice the front desk people were apologetic and somewhat helpful. All the amenities and stores were very close.
Ran down dirty rooms and hall ways shady people outside no parking ever at night PLUS THEY CHARGE 100 OR 200 HOLD FOR DEPOSIT. which once you see the room your like for what? I was covered head to toe in bug bites when I woke up every time so they have bed bugs or spiders is what management told me that the box springs were covered in spiders . Like that was any better than bed bugs either way it was painful and aweful and had to throw out almost everything. There's much nicer places for same rate or less in area DONT STAY HERE
Requested a blanket never received it.
Went to go get some more towels from the cleaning lady and she said she could only give me one set of towels if I wanted more I would have to go down to the front desk.

The first night I stayed I asked for a 5 AM wake up call, never received it. No one called at all.
Spoke with the front desk they said that there was no wake up call in the system for my room and I called down to the front desk and spoke to someone at 2 AM.
I'm on a gluten-free diet..
