This is an older Hilton property, but is in good repair, and very comfortable. My King room was spacious, with a large desk , ergonomic desk chair, and easy chair. The bed was comfortable with a selection of pillows. The fitness room was large, and equipped with modern cardio equipment and a good selection of dumbbells, kettlebell, and a selectorized weight machine. The restaurant had a good selection of options. Would stay here again.
It was a decent hotel, especially for family and friends and put out of town visitors. Gigantic fun pool with lights for the kids with a classy bar in the pool area for adults who want to unwind and relax. Bedding was surprisingly very comfortable. Very decent hotel for families and visitors alike.
This place was absolutely beautiful! Everyone from the front desk, valet service, restaurant staff and even the ladies in the Starbucks treated us like we were the best. Our first night in the front desk staff had to turn away people without a reservation and they did it with class and respect. Their pool and hot tub were so useful and backed up to a pier and a tiki bar for people to ride up in. Don't be fearful about the planes because they cannot be heard at all. This is a great place to stay and we even joined Hilton honors. Our only complaint would be to add a microwave to the room and more channels for days you wanna stay in your room. The rooms were so spacious and the room staff kept us stocked with clean towels and turned our beds.
the night of the visit. I'm sure I was frustrated when I said that. At the end of the day, Hilton will lose my business in the future for the price of one night that we didn't even stay.
Friendly staff. Noisy refrigerator. Old carpets, worn doors & walls. Price/quality is in balance, but don't expect a lot here.
Upon arriving for a late check in, I was informed my room was not available and that due to 3rd party booking, room selections were not guaranteed. After checking in we decided the room we were given was not going to work, so we checked out. I honestly did not think they would charge me for the room, but sure enough they did. After calling to request a refund, they refused because I said " I didn't care if they charged me"
