Very nice atrium. Friendly service and great service in the restaurant. Rooms are clean. Easy access with ample parking. Near the West Palm Beach Airport.
Amazing hotel. Will definitely stay again if in the area. The staff is excellent as well as the restaurant and bar.
We arrived late but they still held our reservation. When we arrived to the room the floor was a little wet but figured maybe they just shampooed the carpet. When we got up in the morning it seemed the AC unit was leaking. So we left for the day at 7 :30am telling the front desk. They assured us mantienance would take care of it. When we got back at 4pm no one had been. We told the front desk again then they sent someone up immediately and also gave us a new room. The new room was fine but there was noise all night from other guests banging doors. Overall it was ok but given a choice probably won't stay again.
The five stars here is primarily because this is the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk staff were extraordinary, always smiling and genuinely helpful. The rooms were clean and typical standard affair. The morning breakfast is way more than your average boring continental breakfast, with bacon, sausage, eggs, French toast or pancakes and more.
Great service, good breakfast and clean nice rooms. The beds are comfy
