I am a business traveler and sometimes need to do laundry on the road. I've had some good experiences, but Rub A Dub really raised the bar! Jennifer in particular was very helpful and was happy to take my laundry with a 4 hour turnaround! They did a great job and my clothes smell great - if I lived in West Palm I would have them do my laundry every week! Thank you Jennifer for your outstanding customer service!
As far as laundromats go this is the nicest one I've been to. It's very clean with plenty of seating and free WiFi. The machines are a little more expensive than I'm used to but it was worth the environment.
Do not go here. During the hurricane one of the workers there gave away my work shirts and t shirts to another customer. I understand that it was an accident. I waited to see if anyone would return the clothes. Nobody did. So they told me I would be reimbursed. I’ve been in there several times and called several times. Really disgusted with this place.
