My second time here.
I was there on November 9th at about 6:30 pm.I was washing a hugh load.I put the clothes in the dryers and inserted the card the dryer didn't get hot.Then it went from 16min to 4mins in under two minutes.Then the other dryers stops every two mins and have to be restarted i had about 6 dryers and had to change from dryer to dryer to find 1 that works.did i mention the dryers don't get hot.The attendant said that she can't help me.That she is not suppose to help me.This is bad business.The bogus email that's posted for comments, question or concerns is quite bogus.I tried sending an email and it said address not found.I'm going to report this place to the BBB.Whoever owns this place better get their act together.I'm going to wash there one more time and the dryers need to dry.You people are scamers with the cold dryers.

I'm starting next to my wash and she keeps yapping her mouth to her friend and making me very nervous!
After washing over 10 loads of laundry. I went to dry my clothing. Two of the extra large dryers were not heating up. When I asked the laundromat attendant for assistance she told me that I could move my clothing which had already been drying for over 30 minutes to another dryer and pay again. She also told me that "That happens some times."
Although they claim Tuesday is free dryers, I was charged, last week.I'm speaking to this girl, that refuses to give me her name and said that I'm trying to still two dollars. Very rude! She needs to be fired! No respect, sitting at the table conversation and don't give a dam about the customers.
I added money to the provided card they given to me (not my first time here) the transaction went through and showed my balance on screen I go to start the washer and it says I have a low balance I go back to see what my funds are less than a dollar I explain to the employees what happened and their attitudes was blasé and down right disrespectful I do not have money to gift to a shoddy business I will be reporting to the BBB. This company will never have my business again and I total what I spend here every month it comes to $200.00 maybe it will not hurt them but I plan to.
The bill dispenser machine is out or service. I put $20 in it and it said " out of service with light flashing". It was no warning or no flash light before I put in $20 cash in it. I was very upset and unable to get no refund. If the machine is out of service. It suppose to put the sign to prevent another customers being rip off and lose their cash in it. The nice young lady who works there and she gave me free washers and dryer due with the dispenser Machine. She called her manager. I will not come back to this place. Very disappointed about this situation.
First experience was smooth.
