The cashier was overtly racist, as each time I showed up, she helped any native Spanish speaker before she would assist me (despite me being first in line each time).
I always came from Lake Worth to wash there because I felt very comfortable but in the last few months I met a worker there with whom I realized that you could not even ask why she treats people in a very streetwise and inappropriate way , Sorry for the others that do a good job
Nice cold a/c to relax in while doing laundry
I took my clothes here for wash, dry and fold for $60. When picking up, I had to return two times. The first because La Familia doesn't accept credit cards and I had to go get cash. The second, because they didn't give me all my clothes after I returned with the cash. I had to keep prompting the cashier to look for more bags with my receipt number on them.
Horrible horrible horrible!!! Will never go back this place has taken my money so many times that I finally said something very politely when the dryer did not dry my clothes!! I came back after 10 minutes to check on my clothes I was using 4 dryers for 30 minutes one was not hot AT ALL ...so I switched it then called the blonde lady working on September 17th at 5PM and she said since I already changed dryers she can NOT give me my money back !!!!! She said this very rudely and said there is NOTHING I can do that next time I'm suppose to "know if the dryers don't work" now please tell me how that is possible?? Guess what we have a huge business we give these people and we told all our family and friends and NONE OF US WILL EVER BE BACK!! BEWARE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!
We dropped off our laundry here to wash and fold. At .89/lb you can't go wrong! Ann is a wonderful manager. Our clothes have been handled delicately and we receive them the same day!
I will not return, however the clothes were clean and nicely folded for which they get a second star.
