Haven't been to a laundromat in years I was happy that I chose this one which is right around the corner from my home everybody was so nice staff help me out with a machine because I need to wash my comforters. And I'm very big on customer service and they delivered! Thank you guys keep up the good work.
I've never been to a Laundromat in my life . Just purchased new appliances for new home and my nail delivery tomorrow I had to have my comforters cleaned.
They had great music playing, clean establishment and machines were well maintained. Pool table, sodas & chip machines, and some video games for for kids.
To my surprise when I walked into Abe's I was greeted by a cute blonde young women who is a pure joy that works there. Big smile , polite and helpful.
It's not about the money but the principle of their actions, there was only one of the employees (a Philippine) gentleman who was apologetic and caring the other guy was a brute, rude with no manners, the lady whom I've known for a while was a disappointment she caved and lied because of the rude guy, really disappointed will never go back anc will make sure others know how rude and how much they lack in customer service!
This place is phenomenal , there isn't anything particular that visually makes them stand out from any other laundromat; however , their customer service is impeccable. Tony, Michelle, and Jennifer, have just been outstandingly helpful and friendly. I've done my wash here, and I've also used their drop off service. No complaints; any concerns you have they just handle it, and in the nicest way. I will definitely be using them for any of my laundry and dry cleaning needs! ❤❤❤
Very disappointed with their customer service took a shirt that had stains, carefully pointed them out with stickers when I picked up the shirt realized the stains where still there! Took the shirt back I was told they were having some problems that there was a $5 charge for a re-do (say what) I told the lady how could they charge she said "don't worry I won't charge you" today I went to pick it up and it still had stains and a note they couldn't take care of it, then a rude man that works there told me I had to pay $5, I explained what happened, what the lady said then she comes over denies what she said and asked for the prior receipt to see if I'd paid, this whole thing g it's crazy!
I recommend this location.
