The owner is so nice and friendly and their staff I go there all the time! I come with my toddler and the staff is always so helpful and I left some couch covers there that I washed and they were so nice To bag it up and hold it for me love this place!!!!! the place is so clean and well kept new washers and huge tv where they'll at the bet music!!!!
I live in Virginia and called at least five other places looking for a laundry service for my mother (who lives in Florida) before finding the Laundry Room in West Palm Beach. I spoke with the owner, George, who was incredibly professional and accommodating. He even went to pick up the laundry himself - with only one days notice! My mother said that George was sophisticated, kind, and reassuring... he lived up to the promise and delivered her clean clothing the next day in pristine condition. George operates with the utmost integrity, even providing me an update of my account after her first service. We will continue this service on a weekly basis and I'm so relieved to have found the Laundry Room and George. Truly a gem.
I drove by 2 closer laundromat first that didn't look entirely safe. It was worth the drive here. There were many different sizes of washers available, from small to huge loads, all with reasonable fees. Although it was busy, the customers attracted here were all super friendly and willing to help you if needed. Laundry supplies are also sold. I was able to get several loads of clothes washed and dried in a short time thanks to the new and very efficient machines!
A truly excellent establishment. The owner George very helpful, personable, very bright, and fun to engage. Facility very, very clean. Machines are latest generation and reasonably priced. An array of cleaning products available at the desk. Cooperative bill changer machine. Plenty of parking. WELL worth the eleven mile drive!
