It is always a pleasure to shop here. The employees are friendly and eager to offer assistance. The store is always clean. Love it!!!!!
Great staff but quality of produce has slipped. Many times they are out of an item I want or need. Sometimes the store looks like it is going out of business because the shelves are so sparsely filled. Don't know who current store manager is but he/she needs to get on top of things
I am a local guide. I am giving 6 stars to the pharmacy particularly for their dedication and commitment to their customers. Simply no comparison. So glad I moved to Publix Pharmacy after years of bas experience elsewhere.
Just want to thank your butcher in the meat department I believe his name was Eric on Friday around 7:30pm. We wanted a cut of sirloin and he was so kind to cut us a fresh piece. He was friendly, and sweet. And the cut of sirloin was amazing!! Thank You!!
Horrible service I had a sub and I was paying with food stamps I had no idea Irma hot food ended on the 31st and the guy was so rude checking out. I asked him because it was only a week of this starting back to normal if the manager could over ride it. He ignored my mother and I and we walked back over to get subs while she was in like I went to customer service and he was at the desk bringing out old subs over there. I wanted to speak with a manager and he said no these subs will go back on the counter to be sold?! A ORDERED SUB WITH MY TOOPINGS IV NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE. As I walk away displeased the entire staff that was at the counter heard me and did nothing said nothing just let me walk away. The lady who made the subs was sweet as pie I explained what happened and she was appuled and was completely shocked. As I was explaining it to the sub lady a MANAGER of the store was sitting at a chit next to the subs, once again heard my whole conversation and how upset I was with publix not for them not letting us have our original subs but for the man to be so completely rude about it. Nothing happened. I didn't want to waist my breath and tell someone who didn't care about what happened but I will never be returning to this publix as long as I live. Horrible!!
