Love shopping here. I get the best deals especially on meats.
Good prices & good selection. The atmosphere seems too bright, the music is loud and some of the staff is nice.
Worst supermarket I have ever been to. The customer service is probably the worst of any store I've ever been to. Went to the meat department and there's a sign that says "we cut the meat how you like!" BS! Asked the man working the counter to cut it and he said "there too many people in line so I can't cut it!" When the person in front of us was the one taking forever to order. Then went to the deli to get a grilled Cuban sandwich. The lady at the counter was rude and said she could not grill it because the grill was cold and asked if I could not grill it at my house
I love the store, but many times the lines are too long because there are not enough cashiers in the afternoon and evening. The staff is great.........updated 8/02/17 Sorry but after visiting again the wait here in line is unbearable, again not enough cashiers. These are all the people in front of me waiting in line and there were five more behind me. Since it has gone from Winn-Dixie to Fresco Y Mas nothing has changed. Must be the same management. No express lanes so I had to wait 17 minutes in line to buy three items and with no baskets I had to keep setting the items down from getting hand cramps. I think this time when I say will be my last visit here, I need to stick to that. It's a shame because it is so close to my house. I will just have to plan my shopping on my way home from work......update 10/15/17, I just needed three items so I decided to stop in and get them. As I walked in the store I noticed it only two lines were open and there were long. Not good for a Sunday night people doing their shopping for the week. I walked about a hundred feet in and decided to turn around and go somewhere else. By the time I got back to the door there were about 14 people in line. Totally unacceptable. I've given this place many chances but nobody there seems to care about the customer.
The last few times I have been there, their produce has been very very poor. Would not even buy it. Especially anything having to do with lettuce, salad fixings. The meat counter was empty in areas. Looked like some of the meat had been there for a few days longer than it should be. Not happy. Probably won't go back
