Into the store to tell them of the issue store manager basically said too bad Even when he agreed that there is an issue with deli picking up phone he did nothing to rectify it. Horrible customer care never experienced another Publix act this way.
Worst Publix ever. Very unaccommodating. The store is very chaotic. Lines are always long. They wont do any orders even with 6 hours notice their deli staff sucks "we have a lot of orders" then asked for different time, then it's still not ready when you go to pick it up. I will drive 6 minutes to another Publix because if I'm paying Publix prices it better be for excellent service, which I get at every other Publix location. The employees are not super friendly either here.
This pharmacy is the WORST!! I'd rather NOT give it any stars, however, this forces you to give it at least one. Over the last year, I have been in to pick up my prescriptions, after verifying they were ready .... and EVERY time, there is an issue. I have corrected my address, phone #, etc ... EVERY time, and yet they still can't seem to get it together. I'm at the point now, I'd rather be inconvenienced and drive out of my way to go to the one at Andros Isles, as I never had an issue prior to moving further away from that location. KUDO's to Andros Isles Publix!!!!
Always a great experience and everyone is very polite and helpful. Selection is great and never leave missing something for lack of stock
