If you're a tourist looking for ways to get around and experience West Palm Beach in depth, this bike would be good, but if you're a local and commute daily, the bikes are simply too expensive to actually use. An annual pass would set you back around $100 and for that price, you might as well just buy a bike. Good for short term use, but not so much in the long run.

Very friendly and professional customer service, bikes have been in great conditions, just the bell needs to be renewed;) We rented the bikes at city place WPB.

... if an annual pass is $100... that is WAYYY CHEAPER than buying a decent bike. Never mind the cost of maintaining and storing a bike (a tune up is $60+ anyways).

Update 8-14-2017

Great Bikes, well maintained, my preferred way to get around down town.

Started off terribly. The bike rack would not release the bikes. Called customer service and tried several different bikes. After wasting time we were told the system must be offline for that entire rack, please try another. Money was refunded. Back in te car...find another parking place and anther bike rack. This one worked perfectly. No problems. We were able to rent four bikes. They all worked fine. The bells were corroded and unattractive but worked. The seats were adjustable. No kids bikes, adults only. Took a minute to figure out how to change gears, but it is simple. I recommend setting a pin on your location to get back easily to where you started, but you can return the bikes at any Skybike rack even if it's full you can lock it on the side and call customer service. Each bike has a lock attached. We paid a little over $3.00 per 30 min ($6.42 for up to an hour per bike). We finished in under an hour (45 min) riding all around city place and around the area. I think this would be dangerous at night because of drivers and pedestrians all over. But if it is still daylight it is fine. Use sunblock. There is a basket in the front to hold a small cooler bag. Bottles of water in an insulated lunch bag worked well for us. Single bottles would fall out, you need a bag or small box. I would do it again. I think there may be coupon codes but I didn't have one.

Worked very well, app was easy to use and language also available in german!

The stations screen don't work, making you use the app, which hardly even works. I tried renting a bike from the app and the bike would not release, even when I followed the instructions on the bike computer. I want to be happy about this but so far it seems like a half finished version of Citibike in New York. Disappointing but I hope it gets better.
