The ethic and energy is evident upon first contact. The people at Alpert are just fantastic and the professionalism starts at the top. I am so glad to have Alpert Jewish Family and Children's Services in my community as a resource for my family and for my Elder Law clients. I highly recommend the agency's counseling, care management, support groups and other services.

They are always forgetting things. I told Doctor Thompson I would like to speak with a therapist, and he told me he would have somebody give me a call to set up an appointment. That never happened. Doctor Thompson lost my blood tests multiple times, and had me retake them many times. They don't refill my prescriptions in a timely manner. I have to remind them several times. They are inefficient and incompetent. I suggest you look elsewhere for treatment. I will be, as well.
