The good thing about this place is the houses, but they have an "association community" and the lady (Amy) who interviewed us was so rude, we went with our 2.8 years son and seems she just hate children, the first thing she said was "we usually don't allow interview with kids but because you are traveling it's ok" my kid put his car in the table and she inmediatly said NO, STOP...he was doing nothing wrong, he wasn't playing with his car or crying, but this old lady was just looking for any excuse to talk rude to my son, she was more interesting in watching my son more than the real business, my son can't even touch the couch or table because she looked at him so horrible, it was so uncomfortable for us, the last thing she said was ..can one of you take him out please I can concentrate ...so my husband said ..don't worry we are leaving ..you don't have any right to talk to us in that manner, you are so rude and we don't want to have any business with you .. I can't understand why a person like her is interviewing people...also they have stupid rules like ..if you are leasing you can't have pets, trucks, interview with the association members is required even if you did the background check, if you like to deal with this kind of things good luck, the house was beautiful and we loved it, but nobody have the rights to be so rude.
