They never call u back or email back
Even though state farm claims department wrote me a letter stating that i was not at fault for the accident. State farm listed me as at fault. after 8yrs of being with u guys y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.
Very unreliable.. Auto Insurance prices change every month. Unprofessional staff whenever you have an issue inregards to your policy theyre not helpful, Forces you to buy Life Insurance too. Do not get it youre not getting a deal.
