Even if he had managed to get Sujei (the agent) to agree to manage all of the policy you would think that this company would call the policy owner to verify these claims. No one called No one emailed and they paid $140K plus in my name.
Fast forward to last night. I get my new policy in the mail. My bi-annual policy ended up almost DOUBLING. I was stupid to believe what the account rep was saying on the phone was true, but that agency should be INVESTIGATED, because as far as I'm concerned, that's a scam. You call up, tell someone your policy will be one number, then guarantee that number again when you ask, then you end up with a policy that's doubled. There was NO disclosure what-so-ever from her that it would be sent off to an underwriter again and that there may be a chance the premium would change. It's commission. It's how she makes her money, she obviously couldn't care less to tell me more in detail. Just wham-bam-thank-you-for-your-credit-card-number-ma'am and on to the next.
I had 2013 Bentley and 2015 Cadillac registered with this insurance company. I had a CFO who was terminated for fraud and surely after that we found that the fraud also included insurnace claims.
I call the office today, as normal they're rude and abrupt on the phone. Lazzo wasn't there, it was 11am. They have me dealing with a guy whose only been working there a few months. So essentially, they make him do the dirty work and deal with the people that are upset. Did I mention they hardly ever answer the phone?
muy buena la atencion
I had an aweful experience and no resolution or attempt to help me resolve any of the issues I had.
It's my families opinion that this company is not worthy of having clients like us or of being recommended in anyway.
This is an honest and fair post. I would highly recommend you do your homework before you engage this company.
When I explained there was fraud she literally could care less and did not even attempt to help me file a fraud case with State Farm. I even think and I am not confirming that this is true that she in someway had a friendship with him. This is impossible that you pay $140K + claims and never called the policy owner.
I want to state that this was our experience with the agent. I can't speak for the others, but anyone who works there should properly represent the company and know the protocol if they have one when these things happen.
Here is what happened! The CFO some how agreed with Sujei (the agent) to register all vechiles under my name including his car. When I went on vacation I had to file a small claim I called Sujei and ask what was that process.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The only reason why I ended up staying with them is because of the new guy Jose who actually treated me like a person. Let's see, where do I start?
The insurance rep Lizvette was nice and professional. The only negative thing I will say is that they need better customer service. It's difficult to get someone on the phone (most of the time) no one answers. I'm assuming is because they're assisting other clients however, they should consider hiring more people to cover the phone lines.
She replied "here it is" I would not do that since you have had two claims. I was in shock! The CFO filed a $70K claim for an accident he had and then another $70K on my Bentley that his uncle stol for a weekend and crashed.
The whole staff needs to be retrained and it should start from the top. What a headache.
For years I've always had a problem with getting anyone in that office on the phone. That should have been a red flag for me, and I should have moved to another agent. That, I will admit, is my mistake. However, I was in two accidents within a year and a half's span. They were going to drop me. Fine, after 17 years of doing business with them I'll find another company. When they called me with "great news" that they wanted to take me back, I asked what the premium would be. I was told that I had to be quoted based on my last policy, which is what I wanted anyway. Quote came to X amount, which the lady on the phone said was actually cheaper. Too good to be true right? Yes, it was. After she told me I would be paying X amount a month, I asked if she was sure I would be billed that amount monthly. She assured me that was the amount, and asked for my credit card number. I was so ecstatic without having to deal with the search for a new agent, so I promptly gave her my credit card information. What should have been another red flag was that I didn't have to sign anything, and she was rather quick on the phone with me. The call lasted less than 5 minutes.
