My family had a great experience. Joyce was very helpful and patient with us. She was not pushy at all. I don't like the layout of the store, but I do understand having furniture scattered all around is a sales strategy. I would definitely recommended this store as well as Jocyce.

I called Acceptance Now to file a complaint. Those reps were very nice. They told me the District Manger, Lonny, would call me back. While I was on the phone I got a call from Kiera at Acceptance Now and said I was speaking to the Assistant Manager before, apparently that is Louz. Kiera said she had talked to the district manager and I would be getting my deposit back. I questioned Kiera on the fact that Louz told me she spoke to the DM and he said no but now it was a yes???? That didn't make sense. Kiera tried to talk around my questions because she was contradicting what Louz had told me. We got nowhere and hung up.

WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER, I ORIGINALLY CAME AND PURCHASED MY FURNITURE EVERYTHING SEEMED GREAT BUT AS IT TURNED OUT THEY WROTE DOWN MY PHONE NUMBER INCORRECTLY, AND OK HUMAN ERROR BUT I CORRECTED MULTIPLE TIME AND STILL IT WAS NOT UPDATED IN THE SYSTEM. WHICH WOULD NOT BE A BIG DEAL BUT WHEN THE FURNITURE DELIVERY TRIED TO CALL THEY COULD NOT GET THROUGH THEN TO MAKE THINGS WORSE I CALLED THE STORE IN EXCESS OF 5 TIMES MAYBE MORE, TO CHECK ON THE ORDER AND AGAIN HECTOR THE SALES GUY TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY THEY HAD NOT BEEN THERE AND THEY STILL HAVE A DELIVERY NOT COMPLETED IN JUPITER. SO I WAIT AND WAIT AND FINALLY I CALL FOR A FINAL TIME AND HECTOR WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT THERE IS A LADY WHO ANSWERED AND I TOLD HER WHY IT WAS IMPORTANT I SPEAK TO HIM AND SHE OH NO PROBLEM LET ME LOOK THIS UP AND IMMEDIATELY TELLS ME THAT THEY TRIED TO CALL ME AND DELIVER AT APPX 1PM, SO THEN I GET THE MANAGER GUS ON THE PHONE TO HOPEFULLY GET MY FURNITURE AT LEASE THE NEXT DAY WHO THEN CLEARLY LETS ME KNOW THAT HE DOESN'T CARE WHAT HAPPENED AND THAT HE WILL GET ME RESCHEDULED AT HIS CONVENIENCE AND THAT HE WILL CALL ME BACK WHEN EVER HE WANTS TO BECAUSE I TOLD HIM THAT I EXPECTED A CALL BACK BY 1030AM. HE EXPLAINS TO ME WHY MY PHONE NUMBER BEING INCORRECT IS MY FAULT. I AT THAT POINT TOLD HIM HE CLEARLY NEEDS TO LISTEN TO HIS INCOMING CALLS AS HE WOULD SEE I CORRECTED MY PHONE NUMBER THAT HECTOR IMPROPERLY WROTE DOWN OR PUNCHED IN THE SYSTEM AND HE LET ME KNOW STORE CALLS WERE NOT RECORDED. HOW UNFORTUNATE THAT IS. SO I CALL TODAY AND GUS TELLS ME HOW IT WILL BE NEXT WEEK BEFORE HE CAN RESCHEDULE MY DELIVERY. THAT I CAN CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAYBE GET HELP MYSELF. THERE IS SO MUCH THAT I CAN NOT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN ALL. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME AND A COUPLE OF PHONE CALLS IN ORDER TO FINALLY GET MY NUMBER UPDATED WHICH EVEN AFTER ALL THIS STILL HAD THE INCORRECT PHONE NUMBER. THE SECOND LADY I SPOKE TO AT CORPORATE FINALLY CORRECTED. AND FINALLY GOT THE SITUATION RESOLVED AND I SHOULD HAVE MY FURNITURE ON THURSDAY. I WANTED TO TRANSFER MY ORDER TO ANOTHER STORE BUT THE PROCESS WAS GOING TO TAKE TOO LONG AND SINCE I NEED MY FURNITURE I LEFT THE BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE BUT WILL NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN. I WILL GO IN TO THE STORE AND LOOK AND GET THE PRODUCT NUMBER BUT WILL WITHOUT A DOUBT ORDER FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION. ROOMS TO GO REALLY NEEDS TO CONSIDER RECORDING THEIR INCOMING AND OUTGOING PHONE CALLS IN ORDER TO HOLD THEIR STAFF IN THE STORES ACCOUNTABLE. I SHOULD HAVE KNOW WHEN I WAS READY TO BUY AND DIDN'T GET THE CALL OR EMAIL FIRST THING AND HAD TO CALL IN JUST TO GET THE ORDER INFORMATION SO I COULD PAY THAT THEY REALLY DON'T SEEM TO CARE. :-( I HAVE A SERIOUS HEADACHE AFTER DEALING WITH THIS FOR TWO DAY.

Avoid this place at all costs. I am not kidding. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I went. This is long but I encourage you to read this. The sales people will talk you into going through their fabulous "Acceptance Now" program and send you off to get qualified.

This is where the real scam comes in. The rep that I spoke with was so positive, helpful and nice while I was filling out the paperwork. He went over some of the paperwork with me. I went off and picked out my furniture, everything was set. This was on Saturday 11/18. On Sunday I went over the paperwork that I was emailed and I notice some fees that were added on that I did not agree to. On Sunday I went in to speak to the rep I had worked with the day before. I questioned him about the Club Benefits and how it states that I agree to pay $12.99 per month (which I knew nothing about). The rep told me "that is just how it prints out, you are not really enrolled in the program". I questioned why there was a check mark next to it and it says I agree, which I did not. He tried to talk his way around it but I wouldn't let him. He finally wrote a statement that said I did not enroll and I wouldn't be charged.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received- Leslie was amazing!!! She had so much patience with me- she made me feel like I was priority on such a busy day!! I am looking forward to receiving my new furniture and can't wait to go back and shop for my next room

I am filing a complaint with Acceptance Now as well as the BBB. Stay away. Drive right by. This place is a huge scam.

In case you were ever considering a purchase from Rooms To Go I STRONGLY urge you to steer clear. It has been the worst shopping experience I have EVER had. Please note that the fine print on the back of their contract says if THEY mess up the price, they have the right to correct it. So please make sure, if you do choose to purchase from this place, that you know what you are signing before you do. I will encourage everyone I know to stay clear of this place. Rooms to Go needs better business practices. #thecustomerisalwaysright

The next fee that I was signed up for without my knowledge was LDW (Loss Damage Waiver) for $14.00 per month. The document states "I/we want to buy Optional LDW for $14.00 per month". I told the rep that I did not want it or agree to it. He said that I had to have it. I pointed out that the document states that it is OPTIONAL and I am choosing to not have it. At this point he got angry with me, was acting unprofessional and rude. So that was almost $30/month that he signed me up for that was not necessary and I did not agree to.

I was finally contacted by the DM Lonny and he wasn't much better. He didn't offer any apologies for me being treated rudely and lied to by the reps. Lonny said he would call me back and it has been over a week. I have tried several times but my calls get sent to voicemail.

Then on Tuesday I get the call about when my furniture is going to be delivered. I was not available at the times they listed (I was on a plane). I asked for later in the day and was told no. So I called RTG and had to speak to Acceptance Now, I told the rep, her name is Louz, that I wanted to cancel my order. She told me I couldn't. This is 3 days after I had put a deposit down. I told her I absolutely could cancel. She tried to find other times for the furniture to be delivered but all of the days were days that I work. Louz put me on hold and contacted the district manager. When she came back she said I could cancel but I would not be getting my deposit of $450 back. I told her I would dispute the charge and she was rude and hung up.
