Great customer service from start to finish. Shirley, our sales associate, was so helpful with our initial order, and making the necessary adjustments to our order when we realized our first selections wouldn't quite fit.

I had a great experience with Nathan, he's very kind and helpful. I had to make a few changes on my original order and never did he make me feel like I was burdening him even though hee wasn't the original sales person and probably wouldn't receive any credit. He was outstanding
Loved every minute of my shopping experience with City Furniture. I ordered my furniture online, received free delivery, and was able to schedule the date I wanted it delivered on. I received a phone call from the driver the day of the delivery to confirm delivery and then I received a call again the same day from the driver when he was a half hour away. The drivers were very professional and delivered everything perfectly. I then received a call from customer service to check on my satisfaction before the drivers left.
