Had the experience to work with Debbie over at El Dorado. Her service was phenomenal and she was able to help me and assist me with all the needs regarding my furniture purchase. The manager also was great he was able to help me and make adjustments for my purchase and was very professional. The furniture at El Dorado is top-notch compared to any other Furniture over here in West Palm Beach. They have the look that we were searching for a while other companies did not. I would return back and will return back to El Dorado and thanks Debbie for the amazing service.
I just love this place. The furniture is modern and a fresh approach to traditional things you'd see elsewhere. Lots of help if needed but no one breathing down your neck unless you want someone to walk the store with you. The prices are affordable for new furniture. If you want shabby chic then this is not the place . Don't expect everything to hold up forever but the things look great.

I'm not one to publish reviews but I felt it was important in this case. I just move down to South Florida a few weeks ago and have been looking for furniture. I went to a couple of the competitors who had nice stuff but when I walked into El Dorado they had so many things that I liked immediately. What impressed me most was the service on my sales person Clara. She took her time and listened to what I was interested in. Listening is a very important skill that unfortunately many people don't possess any more in sales. Clara was able to show me things that were of interest to me. Additionally, Clara and the interior designer,offered to come to my apartment and take measurements and do a complete layout. This was all done in a timely fashion. The purchasing process was very easy as well as the delivery. What I also liked about El Dorado is their follow up. I received a phone call from the Shipper as well as Customer Sevice and finally Clara to make sure everything was to my liking. If you going to shop for furniture I would say go to El Dorado in West Palm Beach and see Clara you won't be disappointed.
