I am happy with my product from Baers but extremely disappointed in the sales team and issues I went through to get my couch. Initially, when I bought the couch, delivery was supposed to be within 6-8 weeks. At 7 weeks I had heard nothing from Jim, so I called and was told that my couch would be delayed an extra two weeks. I had to call multiple times to find out details and I think my sales rep should have been responsible to call me to let me know the product was behind schedule. He finally told me it would be in by a certain date and it came in 3 days past the date I was told. I did not receive my couch for 11 weeks. The couch is wonderful, looks great and the delivery team was fantastic/ polite. However, unless you are willing to wait for an extended period of time and make numerous calls I am not sure I would buy from Baers again. They only refunded me $50 of the $149 I paid for delivery after all of the hassle I went through.
We love Baer’s! The delivery men were great. They were very professional, courteous and careful with our furniture. Excellent products. I would definitely buy from Baer’s again.
I lprefer unique pieces of furniture so I like to shop at Baer’s. The communication through the delivery process was impeccable. The delivery guys that showed up were great. Thank you for another wonderful experience.
Not enough stars in the sky for this store. Worked with George who listened to my requests and came up with solutions. He is so cool that I am sending my friends to see him. Delivery was on time and the guys were professional and nice. Customer service was great too. I helped a friend with deliveries from Ashley's and Rooms to Go. Both were an extreme nightmare after purchase. Won't go into the details but shop with George at Baer's.
Our experience with Baer's Furniture was wonderful from the start... We were greeted by Errol, who helped us in choosing the perfect American Leather sofa Sleeper. We asked for his advice and he responded in kind with facts, figures & opinion, which all lead into making our choice. Mercedes was another great help in the store! We were given liberties with bringing pillows from the Sleeper to match with a dresser & recliner we also purchased. It was awesome!!
