Had a very negative experience in September 2017. Gave my car for a basic wash and it was returned to me with damage and no explanation.
DO NOT GO HERE, THE EMPLOYEES ARE THIEVES! My dad and I went to get a simple car wash and had money stolen out of a small compartment in the vehicle. The management and staff were very unprofessional and did nothing to resolve the issue. After several years of utilizing their services, we will never return to this place ever again. IF YOU GO HERE DO NOT TAKE YOUR EYES OFF YOUR VEHICLE, THE STAFF WILL STEAL ANYTHING NOT BOLTED TO THE VEHICLE!!
I came in to get my car washed and left satisfied til I was driving with my 2 year old son in car and it started to sprinkle. I understand it's Florida. Didn't bother me that much. What bothered me was when I turned on my windshield wipers on and the driver side wiper came off as I was driving. Very frustrating. When I came back to TOP HAT they tried to tell me that they can't do anything for me. Will never returned. Didn't just lose one customer. I know of many. And will spread the word.
I was told that management would follow-up on the next business day (Monday) but they did not. Called on Tuesday to follow up and was told that I will receive a call back on Wednesday which also did not happen.
I went here because it was close to home, but should have saved my time and money. I paid $40 for them to clean my interior, but it’s the most half assed job I’d ever seen. Not a single corner or crevice was cleaned, and my back seat was STILL covered in dog hair, just not as much. I had even expressed to them that it was my main concern. If you’re going to vacuum it, why not get it all? & how do you even consider that a job well done? My floor mats still have sand, there’s still dust by the bottom of the seats, and dog hair on the back seat and mats. They were done quickly, but probably because they put in minimal effort. My steering wheel and dash are coated with an oily substance. Never coming back here again, $40 down the drain. Should have read the recent reviews.
3 inches of the dash was not wiped, mats are not washed,cup holders not cleaned. Last & ONLY one for me. Employees" must " care about their work.
I supposedly received the $ 21.00 super saver for $ 11.00 on group on.
Worst car wash I've ever had done. Exterior was good. but interior awful.
I understand you showed me video pictures. But in my 17 yrs of driving a motor vehicle I have never been driving and seen a wind shield wiper fly off on their own. And now I understand that Top hat is calling me a lair. THANKS
