The outside of my car looked alright. The inside looked like it wasn't touched. There were coffee stains on my console, dust on the dash, dust and dirt on the drivers arm rest, and dirt etc. in the drivers arm rest door handle. I asked them to vacuum out the trunk and they didn't. I took my car back. I explained the situation to a very nice guy. I pointed out the dirty areas inside the car and the trunk. He took care of the trunk. The coffee stains were removed. The dirt/dust was still on the drivers arm rest. The dirt/dust was still on the dash. I won't be visiting them again. Their quality of service was very disappointing.
Avoid this place. They charged me $85 and my car was filthy when they were done. How is this even possible? I pre-cleaned the car before I brought it. I vacuumed thoroughly and I paid a ton of money for something as simple as shampooing and getting into the cracks and crevices with the vacuum. Not only was there dirt and crumbs in all the cracks and crevices but they managed to ruin my suede seats by somehow throwing a trash bag in my car that had been sitting on the ground pressed up against someone else's chocolate cake covered in icing. Then the outside of my car look like it had been washed with a filthy rag and when I complained about all the things wrong with it they claim there was no manager so the fellow who cleaned my car offered to clean again although it was still pretty bad. He also told me that's within the next hour to my carpets will be dry, to leave the windows open. I did that and for the next two weeks my car wreaked of mildew mold and funk. This place was a nightmare and I will never bring my car here again. Honestly the owner should give me a full refund and offer to pay for somewhere else to wash my car properly. Oh did I mention I was waiting for over 2 hours for my car to be done... only to come back and have to wait another half an hour for them to try to clean up the disaster they made in the first place.
The Best place to get your car washed and cleaned
Usually a great place to get a car wash. I have a white car this last time there was still dirt on the side of car, when I pointed it out man said needs buffing. I said my old car wash place always got the dirt off. Then they used a spray and it all came off. I bought the express detailed package too.
Last time was there didn't seem they had enough staff. My SUV was not clean thoroughly.
