People were nice, I can't say anything about customer service ,but the actual service needs a lot of improvement and attention to detail...

Update: Degraded their level of service! Observed it for two times! One time, got the HAND WAX on my car and ended up with whole lot of new scratches on trunk and rear bumper. And Last time, the service is pathetic, they wiped the car and the dust on the cleaning/wiping cloth was on my car and can clearly see it. So, I ended up paying 23$ to my car wash and then got it dirty immediately!
Wait for long light to get in and out. Vacuums weak, tried a few of them. Express car wash is good quality. Overall good idea for area, some execution challenges
I am disappointed with the service offered. I chose the Works Wash which includes vacuuming floor AND seats..well, the front floor and seats were vacuumed, but the back was not touched. I have a black car with black interior and EVERYTHING is visible. Not to mention that I caught one of the workers trying to scratch something off of my car with her nails...maybe next time they can use a knife or something...geez!Also, tires and rims were not wiped, one of the girls that works there made an effort for 2 seconds to wipe something off of one of my rims while she was going around the car, cleaning my windows. I paid $22 plus tips for my dashboard to be wiped, front seats and front floor vacuumed and an automatic exterior wash... hey,at least my car smells nice now... very disappointed!
It was my first time there and definitely not going back again.
Today was my THIRD bad experience!! I WAITED 60 minutes to get my car cleaned!! There were so many people in line and only 4 people cleaning!! It was still dirty when I left!! I always go Wednesdays for the ladies day discount and always have to fight to get it!!! Last time I left because the cashier didn't want to give me the discount! I'm very disappointed with today's visit and won't go back! The prices are good but this is not worth it to me!
