was not an option with my schedule. He said he would have the owner call me and again refused to give me the number or name of the owner when I asked how I could contact the individual. He said I can either come back or call the police. I got the name and number of the owner after the police were involved. Going to be making a claim against this company... I am not being bashful in adding this last bit, but the top car wash package "manager special" was decent, but not good nor great.
I washed my Honda minivan after a trip to Orlando $12 wash cleaned all the bugs from the front bumper and windshield. Overall my car came out very clean. Friendly staff. I vacuumed for free. Good service for your bucks.
Everything is good but vacuums are not good. They have to change the vacuum
Love this place. I am a regular customer, usually get an $8 or $12 wash. My car comes out very clean and I get to do the vacuum for free and even clean my mats in a special machine they have for Free! On top of that, the carwash guys give away scented fresheners. You can't beat that. Best car wash in town!
The police do not make the decision on damage as they said. It is civil matter and must be handled in court. It is impossible to reach the owner as he will dodge your calls. It's funny that this is the ONLY means of communication you have extended. Why don't you answer your phone? I'm not sure what makes it think that this is a bullet but you are terribly mistaken and I will see you in court.
Noticed vehicle damage that was not on my car before. The manager Juan repeatedly refused to give me the name or contact number of the owner. He also made several rejections when I asked for the information for the insurance company. Continually, he encouraged me to leave the premises and come back tomorrow to see the owner. Spent $19 on a car wash to get out and see dirt still on the rear of my car , bird poop still on my window and the orange/red soap still on my white car. Never been so unhappy with a car wash. Gas station car washes have done better. Ill wash my own car next time. Dont waste your money.
