PB Harley has taken good care of me since the first time I walked in. Gauge helped me select my perfect bike and always offers great advice whenever I come in, and Karen helped my girlfriend select the perfect helmet that helps her feel more comfortable while riding with me. Now it doesn't take much convincing to get my girlfriend to ride with me anymore, because she feels much safer now thanks to Karen's help and patience! Chris Brew in the parts department is a tremendous asset to the Palm Beach Harley Davidson Dealership. Sometimes you need to get things at Harley and sometimes you don't....BUT... if you deal with Chris, you will always bring your business to this dealership. Sometimes the help, knowledge and conversation that you get is just as important as the parts your looking for. The dealership should honestly be grateful that they have this guy behind the counter. He's worth his weight in gold at this establishment.

Tammi in service was outstanding. Got me out of a jam on a Saturday when bike would not start and was closing on new house moving from my former house. She had bike towed with an hour,kept informed on status of bike and even followed up on Sunday ultimately repairing bike without any headaches Best experience ANYONE could expect

These guys are awesome! I go to a lot of dealerships, cars and motorcycles, this was a great experience. I've been looking for a few weeks and the guys are always helpful, not just one who thinks they're getting a sale, all of them are great to you all the time. Once I decided what I wanted, everyone helped me, not just one salesperson. The buying process was very courteous, simple and fast.

The whole experience was great from the moment I walked in the door. I told the salesmen what I was interested in and I rode out on a new bike that was affordable and completed my wish list. Cam, Mac and Ryan were my main contacts and moved me through the whole purchase process and I'm sure they will continue to strive to earn my business. Ron in finance made every effort to ensure that I understood what is in my contract (we all know how much info is given at that time). The ladies in the accessory department outfitted us with new helmets at a good price.
