Visiting the area from North Carolina. I was looking for a local mechanic shop thinking that it would be cheaper. However I stumbled upon Midas from an online search and decided to give them a shot. Had an idea of what the issue might be however once I came in I was told that they would take a look at it and assess the problem. The mechanic Chris was great very knowledgeable with his craft, can tell that he loves what he does rather than doing what he does just for a paycheck. Curt the Service Manager was very knowledgeable and very helpful also they had me in and out in 2 hours. Highly recommend

After taking my running vehicle to Midas for routine maintenance, I was told my car was done and everything was good to go. While attempting to leave, my car would not shift out of park and the key wouldn't turn, leaving it stuck in the ignition. Rather than attempting to fix their mistake, the manager closed the shop and left. I was told they would work on my car the following day, leaving me stranded at Midas that evening. However, the following day I received a call from a Midas employee informing me that the problem was unrelated to the work they performed and they would not fix it, leaving me to tow my car to another garage. In addition, the Midas technicians never completed a Midas Courtesy check on my vehicle. I was incredibly disappointed by the level of professionalism, customer courtesy, and overall knowledge of the employees at this location. I would not recommend Midas to anyone looking for quality work on their vehicle.
So Impressed! Completely Satisfied! The Owner Ron was so helpful in getting me what I needed and Also gave me a ride back to work while they repaired my Truck. So Helpful even on the prices! with out his compassion for my needs and situation I would not even be able to be on the road right now, so thank you so very much, you have earned your self a client for Life!! And his employees are so kind and very helpful, knowledgeable in what they do! I am Completely Confident that they will always take good care of my needs for my vehicle! Thank you, Thank you, Thank You! it will be a Merry Christmas After All!
