A true neighborhood gem! Makes you feel at home. Everyone is helpful, respectful and kind. Can't say enough good about my experiences! Something you rarely see at the " big box pharmacy" anymore.
Its just simply the only pharmacy ill use. The entire team, Sal, Stacy and the staff are good ppl who treat their customers like gold.
Would chose this pharmacy 100 times over big box pharmacies. Can't beat the customer service. Reminds me of a small town family owned pharmacy. Real caring staff.
I never leave reviews, good nor bad, but I feel that West Palm pharmacy deserves this one. Let me start by saying, I am from north east Georgia and moved to West Palm in march of this year. I do not know if I am going to be able to stay in West Palm or if I am going to have to move again, so for that reason I have not changed my drivers licenses. CVS refused to fill my prescription several times, informing me they were "out" of my medication, which was obviously a lie. After struggling with this for a few months, I decided to try out West Palm pharmacy and I couldn't be more pleased. They never even questioned my ID, and are always extremely helpful. Even when they actually did not have enough to fill my whole script they gave me a partial fill and will call me when they get the shipment in. Life is much easier with West Palm pharmacy.
