I am writing on behalf of the late Dr Greenly who had a long term (nearly 10 years) prescribing relationship with United Compounding Pharmacy. Both he and Andy spoke frequently regarding compounding preparations and Andy would tell the doctor he considered him a very good friend as well. They had even met once in Florida long before Andy moved to United Compounding Pharmacy. So, it's with great disappointment that 3 months after his death, Andy has not only had zero time to extend his condolences, cannot be reached by phone or return calls, but now United's staff has stopped all communication and promised return calls from their staff just never happen. Nothing but a run around. Our intention was to refer the prospective buyer of the practice to continue ordering from United and we requested a list of total volume prescribed & purchased during the last year prior to Dr.'s death. The buyer requested this. We were told by Jennifer it would be forthcoming via email with no names of patients attached but nearly a week later, nothing. We will refer physicians to Axtell Compounding Pharmacy (whom we used less frequently ) from now on. Within 3 days Axtell emailed Dr. Greenly's total volume he had prescribed and purchased from them along with their condolences. Once upon a time United Compounding Pharmacy had compassion but sadly, it seems, they only have time to make money as they expand their business. Shame on you.
I had a fantastic experience with United Pharmacy! They are very customer service oriented like no other pharmacy I have dealt with in the past. They were always eager to address the concerns of my patients and were there to ensure all were satisfied. Excellent prices as well. I would recommend United Pharmacy very strongly.
