When I called to asked if they had the bandages I needed both people I spoke to, a lady and the pharmacy manager, were extremely impatient and rude without any reason. I explained to the pharmacy manager that I was alone, on a wheelchair, and couldn't walk. That is why I couldn't go buy the bandages myself. They were upset and acted as if I was bothering them for not knowing exactly what bandages I needed. I described them as 2 in x 2 in.
What a total jerk the pharmacist is!!! Tried to return unopened safety rails that we got the days before Irma hit but it was past the 5 day rule. Explaining that the 95 year old had been evacuated until now didn't matter to him. No compassion or attempt to work with us.

I am a Paley Institute Patient. I have had two surgeries at Paley's. I am currently on a wheelchair and cannot walk. I have no body right now to pick up my medication. This pharmacy has gotten all my business until today. They deliver to the hotel where I am staying near the hospital.
They delivered me something completely different than what I explained. If they would have been nicer and would have tried to listen they would not have delivered something I can't use. I called back and spoke to the manager and explained nicely that what they delivered is not what I expected or need. Without me giving me the wrong tone or an attitude he basically raised his voice and talked to me disrespectfully. He told me "if you want to return them you need to bring them yourself. We won't pick them up". I reminded him that I can't walk and he said that is not their problem. I can't put in words how rude he was. Now I have no bandages which I need today and I spent $30 on stuff I don't need and the pharmacy doesn't want to pick up. This gentleman spoke to in a way he would not have if he knew I could walk and go to the pharmacy.
Today I ordered some bandages and some other things I needed. I just experienced one of the worst customer service experiences in my life.
I tried to find the owner's contact info on their website but couldn't find any info.
If you are handicap I recommend you don't count on this pharmacy. At least not until this manager is running the place.
