Excellent service, caring and very thorough with the packing of furniture to avoid mishaps. They were on time picking up and delivering our stuff to our new apartment. Chris and his crew are an asset to the company. We were a little uneasy at first because of all the horror stories you hear and we have not moved in 38 years so I was a bit nervous but Chris soon put me at ease.
I had a complicated moving project which was going to a location in Miami, one in Philadelphia and four in Massachusetts. Their estimator was very easy to deal with. Their packers were pleasant and thorough. The crew loading the truck were also pleasant and thorough. The delivery to Miami met my tight schedule. Overall I was very happy with this part of my experience. Once the truck left Florida, the overall experience was terrible. There was ZERO communication from them. The delivery was more than a week late from their initial estimate. Ok, I know this can happen, but tell me it's going to be late. My two phone calls to the driver went ignored. Only when I called the office did I find this out. Those delivering the items were very rude to the people accepting the delivery. There was damage to a wall at one location. When it was mentioned to the driver, he rudely responded, "contact Allied". When delivering to another location, they were asked if they could bring a few items to the next stop and offered to pay additional. They replied "absolutely not". So this part overall, was not a very pleasant experience and not one I would like to experience again.
In summary, great local company that I could recommend, but would never recommend them for any long distance moving.
We moved my mother from South Florida to Kentucky. We were extremely pleased with the service Brandon Transport provided. Everyone we interacted with were very professional, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. (This included the agent who came to my mother's place to provide a cost estimate, the moving co-ordinator, the packers, movers, and the driver.). The level of communication far exceeded my expectations. Brandon notified me well in advance of the time and dates the movers were coming, and if I had any questions, returned my call immediately. The move went very smoothly. I would definitely use Brandon again, if the need arose.
Thanks for helping with the recent relocation. Movers were fast and friendly. All of our fragile items made it in one piece and we appreciate the extra help getting our new place in order.
Steve Lewis had his crew come out and load up 2 households, stored the contents for 5 months and brought it back to our new house .... his crew was awesome. I would highly recommend Brandon Transfer & Storage.
