We have been very pleased with the services provided thru this store. Our sales rep Braiden was extremely helpful in getting all of our employees set up with there new phones and there Ipads. From user issues to set up issues to changes and billing issues, he has handled it all. He made sure we got the credits for the returned phones etc. Couldn't be happier. I was required to put the broken phone in a pre-addressed envelope to return the phone. The store employee would not take the phone and would nor give ma a receipt or provide a tracking number. Now, my account has been charged and additional $350 because apparently the phone never arrived. I've been a Sprint customer for 15 years, but that doesn't seem to matter at all. The employee was very rude and argumentative.
I have been coming here for the last three years and get upgrades every time. They are always very helpful, and even stayed open a little later than store hours to finish my transaction. Also, the staff makes it a point to remember the customers each and every time. Great Job!

With the Sprint insurance plan I was to have paid $100 for any lost or broken phone. However, my account was charged $200.
