Customer service was great they didn't have anyone from the mobile department there when I went in and they still did there best to help me when everything I needed and I got exactly what I wanted and they even gave me a discount. Love it will be shopping there again. Totally recommend.
Not everything in store work or in stock but the employees are always willing to help you. If one employee doesn't know the answer they bring you to someone who does. I'm crazy about electronics and some of the employees could learn a little more about the products. Over all a great experience. You can always find better deals on Amazon but you get it right then and there without having to pay for shipping.
My autistic friend tried to visit the Best Buy, and he got confused and stuck on the ladder. The manager was very rude. cx in the chat
