Took my Yorkie in for grooming for the first time at pet smart and when I picked up my yorkie he looked like stray dog from the streets. They just shaved all his hair off with zero effort in design or shape. So mad and disappointed. I will try another store location but I wont be going back there. My groomer was Kelly zero effort
I took my Yorkie to be groomed at this particular PetSmart and came home with fleas. I would not recommend it.
Helpful staff, kind and knowledgeable. Plenty of items stocked and many varieties to choose from. I also use their grooming services. Very nice staff, calm and courteous. My little dog ( a yorkie) stays calm and always looks great they also do a great job on large dogs
Christal one of the employees there was so helpful and attentive she help me selected a pet for my son and everything else i need.
I call them for my dog to get a certain cut.i tell them what kind of cut I wanted..my freaken dog comes out ugly and shaved all the way down....looked ugly.....if I called and told you what I wanted...wth did he come out shaved all the way down...
