It's clean, the people are friendly, they have a good selection of items, and the prices are reasonable.
I took my dog to get his nails trimmed, I was upsold on a brush out and an ear cleaning. The groomer was very friendly and knew what he was doing.
I love this place The staff are amazing when you need help then help you and the good thing about it is my old friend from high school is a manager so once I go there I get discounts
They seem to have an inordinate amount of trouble with the POS system. Every time I'm in there they have to reboot the register, and God help you if they try to order something they don't have in stock. They get out an iPad and and walk you thru signing up for the website. I would advise you to not do this, because it's much easier to do it at home on a personal computer. It's also not wise to be entering credentials to private accounts on a device that isn't controlled by either yourself or someone you trust.
TL;DR they usually have what I need and it's quick to get in and get out.
They have just about everything here that you might want for your pet. Some staff are very attentive and others wait for you to ask but all are very knowledgeable and nice.
Don’t even bother getting your puppy groomed. Doesn’t look like they did anything , $25 dollars later , buying my own clippers and doing it home. Don’t waste your time
