I've went there a few times and it was not impressed. Although the food tasted pretty good, I waited a long time for it and it still came out cold. The service was extremely slow but polite.
Place was clean, Server was very slow. Took to long for her to come take our order. Didn't really check on us. Food came out faster than it took for her to come and take our order.

I'm only giving a 1 so I can comment. My friend and I waited 40 minutes for 5 mozzarella sticks, then another 15 for our food. When my food came out, I could tell the meat on my cheese steak was going to be terrible. The roll was cold, the cheese wasn't melted, mushrooms weren't cooked all the way, and the meat was chewy, over cooked, but cold. My friend ordered white toast with her one egg and it just looked like buttered bread. I figured I'd try the hash browns so I had something to eat but they weren't hot either. The waitress apologized and I just told her to take it off the bill. When she left the table I heard a bunch of commotion in the kitchen. We couldn't wait any longer because my friend had to catch a flight. For waiting 50 minutes for food, I'm pretty sure you can toast some bread and melt some cheese. A family of 6 went in before us and still had not gotten their food. They walked out with us and we all had to go elsewhere to eat. We wasted an hour of time to not have food. Absolutely awful.
The workers wasn't very nice. I asked for warm syrup and they they said we don't do that
