Everyone who worked during the Tuesday night shift at around 8:30 was polite, courteous, and fast despite an issue with the brown rice machine. It looked like a chaotic night, guys. I hope it got better!
Great food for being on a diet. Triple Steak bowl, no rice, beans, fajitas, mild and medium salsa, cheese, sour cream, corn. It has about 1000 calories and 90g of protein.
Terrible. Went at 4pm and waited in line for 15 minutes apparently they were cooking the steak. Finally got my food- the steak was way over cooked, everything else so bland. Tables dirty. Lack of hustle from a lot of the staff. Won’t be back.
Every single time I order online I get to this location to pick up and the food is NEVER ready. I always have to wait an extra 5-10 minutes and it's such a turn off. The parking is also difficult. I love Chipotle but overall this location is not worth the hassle.
Chipotle is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but this location specifically has no idea what they're doing. The man in front of me ask for double meat and honestly it looked like he got less meat than anybody standing at the line. Not to mention the fact that I waited a good 15 minutes for rice and once my order was ready the cashier was too busy greeting her friends outside to realize that we had been standing at the register for about 10. I guess you could tell that everybody was irritated so she gave us free drinks.... but once I opened up my burrito bowl and took the first bite can I had ordered was completely dried out
